Trump then announced a naval blockade. U.S. intelligence: the Iranian regime was "degraded but intact." 13 American service members died. 1,701+ Iranian civilians killed. The war continues.

March 8: "very close to a deal." March 15: talks "going very well." March 26: war over "very soon." April 15: "very close to over" on Fox News with Bartiromo. Each statement made while the war continued, the death toll climbed, and Iran repeatedly stated it was not negotiating.

At the March 31 signing of his second executive order restricting mail-in voting, Trump called mail-in voting fraud "legendary" and "horrible," repeating years of debunked claims. His EO gave the Postal Service authority over who receives mail ballots and authorized prosecution of local election officials.

Trump voted by mail in Florida special elections in April 2026 — after the EO signing. There is no credible evidence of widespread mail voting fraud. Three lawsuits were filed the day the EO was signed. Election law experts called it unconstitutional. Four federal judges had already dismissed DOJ demands for state voter rolls. The fraud he describes as "legendary" is the exact method he personally used.

After Artemis II's successful 10-day moon mission, Trump posted claiming pride and said "Next step, Mars!" — positioning himself as responsible for the achievement and NASA's future.

Trump repeatedly says tariffs are paid by foreign countries and that the US is simply “taking in” the money.
